** Please note apartment buildings outside of towns are normally totally vacant during winters, so there is a possibility you may be the only tenants in the building. There is an onsite caretaker, so the building is secure, but a car is required if you prefer to go to town frequently. It is a great option for 2 or more families to stay in the same building, yet have their own apartments, as we can secure 2-4 different ones.
